The brown is back

Some things I’ve seen on and along the trail in the last month or so. Cali has dried out dramatically in the last 30 days. Summer is here early, rattlers are about, crunching grass, morning and evening fog, flowering cactus and thistle…a bumper crop of apricots. Enjoy.

    STUNNING photos Buzz.
I can’t believe that one where you got the coastline all the way across the bay … did you Photoshop that one? Adjust levels to bring it out of the haze at all? Amazing.
Makes me want to run. Or ride. I could possibly ride. You’d probably get sick of babysitting my timid ass, though.

Thanks Jamie. The wind was whipping the sea into a white froth so from high it looked ‘soft’ and had that subdued hue of blue. That was with my little S-100 zoomed to max across the top of Haz toward Cyo. I have a really cool stitched 4 shot pano that looks all the way across. I’ll show when you come over for the fire.
