Since Hamal injured his foot two and a half months ago it has really thrown our normal morning and evening hike/hunt routine. We BOTH have missed it immensely. Slowly we have been increasing the range of our exercise forays. This evening I think we both started to feel our groove again.

We’ve been riding the quad a bunch to keep the strain off the injured right foot.
Tonight the spring in Ham’s gait was there on the out run
…and still there on the run home. We are both excited! My little running man is on the mend! yeah!

Yes, I love my seat dropper. As I get older and a little more fearful, I find it gives me a mental edge to try to keep up with our young fearless rider JJ!
