Susan follows a blog by a nice man named John Katz. John and his wife Maria have a small farm in upstate New York. They have a bunch of animals and a very dynamic home situation. Anyways , a week or so ago John made a post that really spoke to something inside me, I have been thinking about it for a few days now, check it out here.
The hammer jammer monkey man Hamal is doing pretty darn good on his homemade fractured foot recovery program. Hard to keep his throttle down as he starts to feel his legs again!
